Overview:
The main floor features an open living/dining area with vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, (firewood not provided) a hide-a-bed sofa, and large windows with an easterly exposure offering great territorial mountain views, plus there’s a nice walkout balcony for enjoying your favorite morning and evening beverages. A fully equipped galley style kitchen with a pass through flanks the living/dining area, and one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a flat screen monitor, and a ½-bath ensuite complete the main floor. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a flat screen monitor, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This tastefully furnished, WIFI equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep 6-persons.

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

PLEASE NOTE: Wi-Fi service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function properly.

USD Rates for #73 range from $314.00 to $658.00 per night, and from $1,881 to $4,606 per week plus tax.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required to reserve.

FROM SEATTLE (WA): Take I-5 (North) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Hwy I-542). Turn right at the end of the off ramp, and go (East) directly to our offices in Maple Falls. Approx. driving time 2-hrs.

FROM VANCOUVER, B.C (Canada): Take Hwy 99 (South) to the Peace Arch Crossing at the Canada / USA border, then take I-5 (South) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Hwy I-542). Turn left at the end of the off ramp, and go (East) to our office in Maple Falls. 1.5 hr
